We suggest that you contact a few different stores, many of them will ship the item to you.

I have a figurine that no longer plays/moves. What do I do?
Always try new batteries first. If that doesn't work you need to call us at (818) 340-3071 and ask for the repair department. All repairs must be called in for a Return Authorization number prior to mailing in.
